The Remote Control Station for Project Svan is the next step from the concept into a functioning version. Most changes are invisible but actually making the whole station to function including properly functioning seat, adjustable armrests and desk height, reserving space for electronics and wiring etc.
Project Svan is a collaboration between Rolls-Royce and Finferries, a Finnish ferry company. On 3rd of December 2018 the first remote and autonomous ferry was operated and overseen from this control station.
